We do this trough EVENTS - CONVERSATIONS - HAPPENINGS in the city
and through an independent space for CREATIVE RESIDENCY in the country.
Our focus is MULTI-DISCIPLINARY cross-over – from science to health to art to economy to education, and MULTI-IDENTITY cross over – from race to class to gender identity to generational. 

After a four year residency at the Industry City Distillery in Brooklyn and three years running a sustaining Creative Residency Program in Rural PA, having reached over 2,500 people in and around New York City, the US and the globe – Holes in the Wall Collective is taking our next big leap to build a CENTER for CREATIVE RESEARCH, REFLECTION & ACTION in the Catskill region, of New York.  Here we will continue our Creative Residency Program, invite annual Incubation Fellows working around a perspective theme, commence our Youth & Elders program, and commence our bi-annual Cauldron Sessions.

There’s a lot of problems we’re facing, and sometimes it can feel like we are just bailing water out of a ship that’s leaking.  It's only logical– when you have people in the boat you don’t need to theorize the leak, you have to get the boat to shore.  But what about a better boat ? 
Holes in the Wall Collective is the space where you can leave your context, get distance from the crisis and work to fix the boat– envisioning and embodying new models for the future of us, those around us and the planet.
