Includes lodging with individual workspace in each room, communal kitchen and living space, coffee, tea, oils/spices/condiments, use of the large barn with rehearsal space and studio space, pool (in season) and 1- acre pond. 

We have made three rates for the season. Choose what works best for you.

Subsidized Rate: At cost to support those making ends meet ends.  

Regular Rate: An affordable rate to cover costs, upkeep, and keep the lights bright.

Sustaining Rate: This is the rate to keep us going past the season & help cover costs for other residents.
