Because so much needs our attention, it’s hard to know where to give...

Each month we’ll focus on a huge pressing social theme and highlight a non-profit working within it.

Whether right outside your door or across the seas, there’s a lot of fires out there to put out.  Every time you turn on the news there’s a new crisis.  Environmental disasters, refugee crises, gun violence, homelessness, genocide.  Most of us want to do something about it, but it’s hard to know what always to support.  And without supporting creative solutions and rebalancing and remediating materials and systems, those fires are just going to happen again, and worse.

Here’s a way for you to directly support us giving time and space to amazing thinkers creatively working to rebalance and remediate the future and directly support organizations doing the most vital work on the ground now.

Half of the funds raised go to 12 organizations doing the work now, and half goes to our continuing work to bring diverse perspectives to the tables, now and for the future.

Just as in a traditional CSA, where you support small farms before their harvest season to be able to sustain their operations throughout the year, in our CSA, or Community Supported Action, you are supporting the work of people and organizations who are out there doing the work, when they need it most. The return isn’t a box of vegetables, it’s knowing you are supporting direct action every month.  And in a nod to the farm box traditions, we’ll send you a recipe each month that is inspired by the large theme.

Each month all CSA members will receive a colorful newsletter in their inbox highlighting the organization and work being done within the month’s theme and select invitations and information to public roundtable. All contributions are fully tax-deductible.
